Duke University offers the Edmund T. Pratt Jr. School of Engineering programs of study which lead to the degree of bachelor of science in engineering. Five programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, abet.org. These programs are biomedical engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, electrical and computer engineering, and mechanical engineering. These accredited programs, as well as minors in energy engineering, electrical & computer engineering, machine learning & artificial intelligence, software engineering, and special programs of study in interdisciplinary fields, are offered by the departments of biomedical engineering, civil and environmental engineering, electrical and computer engineering, and mechanical engineering and materials science.
