Program Summary
The global health minor is designed for students who want to explore pressing health challenges around the world and understand how their own field of study can contribute to solutions. The minor equips students with frameworks to think critically about the social, environmental, political, and economic forces that shape health outcomes globally. Through interdisciplinary coursework and applied learning opportunities, students gain tools to analyze complex health problems and consider how their disciplinary perspectives - from engineering to public policy to the humanities - can health improve health in diverse settings.
Open to students across all majors, the global health minor complements a wide range of academic paths.
