Political science seeks to describe and understand political phenomena, and to explore their ethical and normative dimensions. Course provides a broad introduction to the range of topics covered in political science, from authoritarian to democratic politics, from local governance to international relations, from formal rules and institutions to the psychology and behavior of individuals who participate in political processes.
